Update 30/3/23 - Will I still receive my order?
We are currently experiencing huge demand for our lovely products, which means we are taking slightly longer than normal to dispatch them.
We normaly take 3-5 days to dispatch and deliver our orders, but during this busy period we have increased that timescale to 12- 14 working days. Please keep an eye out for your dispatch confirmation which will give you all the information you need to track your order.
Customer orders made prior to the administration should be delivered. All new orders made during the sale period will also be processed as normal.
We are unable to provide details on the progress of specific orders.

Within this, you will find a ‘Track Your Delivery’ button, which will re-direct you to the tracking information from the carrier. You can also track your order using the Order Tracking function on the top right of the website. All you need is the Order No and email address. - If you do not have this email
You'll be able to track the progress of your delivery by clicking the arrow beside the ‘Sign In’ option at the top of the website and clicking the ‘Order Tracking’ option. You will be prompted to enter your order number and email address used to place the order. You will find a link to your tracking information here. - Contact us
