What is your returns policy? Can I have a refund?
For purchases made prior to the administration, while we appreciate it’s disappointing, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges and we are not taking returns. If you are seeking a refund for a faulty item, please see below.
For purchases made in store during the sale period post 28 March 2023, we can’t offer refunds, exchanges and we are not taking returns. If you are seeking a refund for a faulty item, please see below.
For purchases made online during the sale period post 28 March 2023, we can accept returns in line with distance selling regulations, fulfilling our statutory obligations. Returns will be accepted for a period of up to 14 days after purchase, the cost of the return will need to be paid for by the customer. Online purchases made during the sale period post 28 March 2023 can’t be returned or exchanged in store.
If the item I purchased is faulty can I return it?
For purchases made prior to the administration; we understand it may cause frustration but unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for faulty goods.
If you are due a refund for a faulty item that was purchased prior to the appointment of the Administrators, and the return is in line with the terms and conditions of the purchase, you can submit a claim to the Administrators. Details of how to file a claim can be found here
For purchases made online or in store during the sale period post 28 March 2023, we can accept returns for faulty items for a period of up to 14 days after purchase. If the purchase was online the cost of the return will need to be paid for by the customer. Faulty items purchased online cannot be returned in store. If the purchase was in store, the faulty item must be returned in store.
