How to place an order online

Placing an order online at Cath Kidston could not be easier, simply follow these steps.  
 
1. Click Add to bag to place the item you want to buy in your bag.    
 
2. Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping basket icon at the top right of the website to view items in your basket. If you are happy with these items, click View Bag, this will take you to your basket.  

• If you have a promo code, you will need to enter this within the basket where you see ADD A PROMOTION CODE + found under the ‘proceed to checkout’  
• When you are finished shopping click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button. If you are a registered customer log in here or if not, click New to Cath Kidston where you can register or can continue as a Guest. 
• The next step is to enter your delivery address details; please also ensure you provide a valid phone number so our courier partners can contact you. Select your delivery method and click Proceed to Payment. 
• This will bring you to the final page. Here is where you can check the delivery address details are correct and if the billing address is different you can add this here. Please then choose your payment method, enter these details, and click ‘Place Order’. 

An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know your order details. It is worth checking Cath Kidston is marked as a safe sender in your email account or checking your junk mail as our emails may be routed there automatically.
